Source tax assessment data for subject property from various sources through calling online search email requests and historical database search sources Tax authorities third party databases
Review assessment data to ensure authenticity and accuracy of the data received
Ensure data considered for tax amount computation is in compliance with local and national laws
Setting up tax line by updating the Tax Line Set up system with all the required inputs
Inputting tax info into Tax Cert form
Research and investigate the reason for the tax refunds and update the systems accordingly
Posting payments verifying payment status reversals follow ups with tax agencies and making required correction in Escrow accounts
Research delinquencies on loans parcels Tax IDs Liens and process payment disbursements in the system
