Key Responsibilities and Skills: \xe2\x97\x8f Onboard Partners (Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, Multi Account Manager and Percentage Allocation Money Managers) into our relevant back-end systems \xe2\x97\x8f Perform Partner related administrative duties including but not limited to withdrawls, queries, client connections in partner portals, processing LPOA\xe2\x80\x99s, questionnaires and partner contracts \xe2\x97\x8f Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers \xe2\x97\x8f Drafting and sending partner agreements within the regulation requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Calculations of performance fees, management fees and commissions earned for Partners \xe2\x97\x8f Run close trade statements and equity reports to support partner queries \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that KYC documentation requirements are met and perform anti-money laundering checks for individuals, corporations and asset managers \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring trading groups are set with the correct spreads and commissions in line with partner\xe2\x80\x99s rebates \xe2\x97\x8f Be agile in your thinking and effectively manage your time to meet business needs \xe2\x97\x8f Adapt to an ever-changing industry with technical upgrades and new processes \xe2\x97\x8f Adhere to KPI\xe2\x80\x99s set by the manager \xe2\x97\x8f Follow task priority list \xe2\x97\x8f Ad hoc tasks provided by manager or Team leader KPIs: \xe2\x97\x8f Provide thorough and concise communication to partners and supporting teams via IM , email and conference calls \xe2\x97\x8f Complete Partner Tasks within the stipulated deadlines and update statuses accordingly via CRM ticket system \xe2\x97\x8f Onboard partners within the shortest time possible and connect to various systems accordingly and accurately Essential Skills: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience \xe2\x97\x8f Computer savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Google Apps \xe2\x97\x8f Quick learner with good initiative \xe2\x97\x8f Highly organised candidate, strong attention to detail \xe2\x97\x8f An aptitude to pick systems up quickly (training will be provided) \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent customer service skills with strong telephone presence and written communication \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage a high volume of workload and multitask \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships \xe2\x97\x8f Strong ability to work independently and within a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb928,000.00 per month Benefits:
