Key Responsibilities and Skills: Onboard Partners (Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, Multi Account Manager and Percentage AllocationMoney Managers) into our relevant back-end systems Perform Partner related administrative duties including but not limited to withdrawls, queries, clientconnections in partner portals, processing LPOAs, questionnaires and partner contracts Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers Drafting and sending partner agreements within the regulation requirements Calculations of performance fees, management fees and commissions earned for Partners Run close trade statements and equity reports to support partner queries Ensure that KYC documentation requirements are met and perform anti-money laundering checks forindividuals, corporations and asset managers Ensuring trading groups are set with the correct spreads and commissions in line with partnersrebates Be agile in your thinking and effectively manage your time to meet business needs Adapt to an ever-changing industry with technical upgrades and new processes Adhere to KPIs set by the manager Follow task priority list Ad hoc tasks provided by manager or Team leaderKPIs: Provide thorough and concise communication to partners and supporting teams via IM , email andconference calls Complete Partner Tasks within the stipulated deadlines and update statuses accordingly via CRMticket system Onboard partners within the shortest time possible and connect to various systems accordingly andaccuratelyEssential Skills: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Computer savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Google Apps Quick learner with good initiative Highly organised candidate, strong attention to detail An aptitude to pick systems up quickly (training will be provided) Excellent customer service skills with strong telephone presence and written communication Ability to manage a high volume of workload and multitask Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships Strong ability to work independently and within a team environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb928,000.00 per monthBenefits:
