Job Title: US Mortgage Analyst

Location: Chennai (5 Months Training, then Work From Home)
Experience: 1-4 Years in US Mortgage
Interview Mode: Walk-In Interviews Only (Chennai)
Salary: 5 LPA

Job Overview: Seeking candidates with 1-4 years of experience in US Mortgage processes like Origination, Loan Processing, Originations, Underwriting, Pre UW, Closing, Funding, etc.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse the mortgage loan application to ensure eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines to minimize risk factors.
• Working on Government Retail loans (FHA, conventional and VA loans) of Refinance and Purchase closing transactions.
• Review all required loan data, reports, and inspections to insure the collateral is acceptable to investor and the company.
• Completes all required paperwork and forms in a timely and accurate manner; prepares required forms.
• Work with staff and management to find solutions on escalated loans.
• May be requested to make recommendations for improving Internal Audit's policies and practices.
• Manage loans by using all functions of Encompass.
• Maintain high level of customer service and communication with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Mortgage Origination Process.
