Youll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.Our team helps our clients with various aspects of a merger and acquisition transactions such as restructuring, divestiture, partnerships and insolvency.   • Technical
1. Relevant experience of at least 2-7 years.
2. Educational Qualification - Any Finance background preferably MBA/M.Com. Strong accounting knowledge
3. Good understanding of Tax structure and eager to learn new concepts
4. Strong research and analytical skill. Targeting the companies through various research sites.
5. Understanding the client requirements and analysing client information per requirement
6. Strong knowledge on Tax structure and overview of M&A transactions.
7. Preferred technical skills are, Transaction Cost Analysis, Section 382 NOL Study, Deals, Earnings and Profits study, Company stock analysis, Financial statement Analysis, MEMO creation and Due Diligence
8. Technical Senior review on Mergers and Acquisitions work completed by preparers
9. Validate data and analyze for accuracy and relevance
10. Produce high quality of work which adheres to the relevant professional standards
11. Think broadly and ask relevant questions and communicate open items with clients while leading Kick-off/Status calls
12. Develop knowledge of the firms line of service capabilities and our portfolio offerings
13. Keep up-to-date with Mergers and Acquisitions developments
14. Zero to minimal errors on the performance
15. Keep up the knowledge on technical and technology developments
16. Training associates on technical and technology
17. Leading multiple clients during the same period
18. Leading the engagements calls. Leading the engagements independently, identifying and addressing any client requirementsMinimum years experience required
