Interview Mode - Face to Face Only (Walk-in)Title - US Logistics ExecutiveLocation - Chandigarh IT ParkShift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab FacilitySalary - Up to max 35K CTC + 4-5k Incentives
- 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Dealing with Truck drivers for the bills and documents and tracking the shipment.
- Handle customer service/Drivers inquiries and provide support.
- Experience with US process and inbound calling is preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zone
- Knowledge of US logistics and BPO industry is a plus
- No Sales/ No Targets.
