Addiox Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our company's growth and success. As a Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, source candidates through various channels, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Responsibilities :
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical positions' requirements, skills, and experience criteria.
2. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified technical candidates.
3. Utilize online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels to source and engage passive candidates.
4. Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to rate negotiation and onboarding.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment laws.
9. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, challenges, and potential roadblocks.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Qualifications :
1. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2. Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, especially in [mention specific technologies or industries relevant to your company.
3. Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
5. Experience conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates' technical skills.
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
7. Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
