:Position Overview: As a US IT Recruiter at you will play a vital role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting exceptional IT professionals for our clients. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, candidate assessment, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in connecting the right candidates with the right job opportunities in the ever-evolving IT industry. Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract IT professionals with the required skills and experience. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical interviews, to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and requirements. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their technical and cultural needs. Job Matching: Match the most suitable candidates with client job openings, ensuring a successful alignment between candidate skills and client needs. Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Provide candidates with information about the client\'s organization and job role. Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of compensation packages, benefits, and other terms of employment for successful candidates. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback. Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring that all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and best practices. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.
Familiarity with recruiting software and databases (e.g., ATS, Oorwin,LinkedIn Recruiter).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
