Job Title: US IT Recruiter Experience: 3-6 years Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in recruiting Information Technology professionals for various roles. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet our clients\' staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract IT professionals. Screen and evaluate potential candidates based on job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific IT staffing needs and requirements. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their business and hiring objectives. Job Posting and Advertisement: Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates. Utilize job boards and other relevant platforms to promote job opportunities. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process between candidates and clients. Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the recruitment database. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the recruitment process. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall recruitment process. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain documentation related to recruitment activities, including candidate profiles and client communication. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter, with a focus on Information Technology staffing. Proven success in recruiting for various IT roles, including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, etc. Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
