Job Summary: As a US IT Recruitment Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of US IT recruitment processes, tools, and techniques. Knowledge About different Work Visas, This position combines theoretical and practical training to ensure our recruiters are well-equipped to source, screen, and select the best IT professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop training materials and curriculum for US IT recruitment, including theory and practical sessions. - Conduct interactive training sessions for recruitment professionals, covering the entire recruitment lifecycle. - Coach trainees on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing IT candidates effectively. - Provide guidance on utilizing various job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to integrate into the training program. - Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing feedback and support as needed. - Collaborate with the HR and management team to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly. - Maintain training records and report on the effectiveness of the training program. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a US IT Recruitment Trainer or as a Senior US IT Recruiter. - In-depth knowledge of US IT recruitment processes, tools, and industry trends. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities. - Proficiency in using recruiting software and platforms. - Certification in training and development is a plus.
