Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal.

Source and recruit candidates for IT consulting projects.

Build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements for bench sales.

Identify and connect with potential consultants in the IT industry.

Manage and update candidate databases and profiles.

Coordinate with sales and account management teams to meet client requirements.

Stay informed about industry trends and changes in client needs.

Job Responsibility : -

Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews.

Negotiating pay rates and terms of employment with candidates.

Building and maintaining a network of potential consultants.

Collaborating with internal teams to meet client staffing needs.

Providing regular updates to candidates on the status of their applications.

Required Candidate profile.

Excellent Communication Skills in English.

Comfortable with Night Shift.

Recruiting using job boards like Dice, Monster, & Career Builder.

Aligning Candidates.

Desired Skills and Qualifications : -

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Any Stream).

Minimum of 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, fast-paced recruitment for technical talent.

Proficient in maintaining a comprehensive database of qualified IT candidates; skilled in utilizing job boards, networking, internet tools, career fairs, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates.

Strong internet search and sourcing capabilities.

In-depth knowledge of visa processes, tax implications, and the recruitment life cycle.

Extensive experience in US IT recruitment, with a focus on technical roles.

Basic pay : -

As per market standard.

Duty hours and Shift : -

Night Shift (8:30 PM- 5:30 AM)

Monday - Friday.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
