We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant/US IT Recruiter with at least 1+ year of experience to assist in client outreach, acquisition campaigns, and lead tracking. As an integral part of our client success strategy, you will manage communications via email, phone, and social media, pitch services, and handle CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach and client acquisition through emails, calls, and social media. Engage with potential clients, pitch automation services, and onboard them. Maintain professionalism and consistently meet outreach targets while following guidelines. Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce). Set up and manage calling systems (dialers, VoIP).

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in virtual assistance and client outreach. Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written). Experience with CRM tools and calling infrastructure. Ability to work independently during night shifts.
