Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment within the engineering and manufacturing sectors, specifically focusing on industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, and Energy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these domains, familiarity with leading companies in each industry, and the ability to source, attract, and engage top talent for a variety of technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles including Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, CAE Engineers, Validation Engineers, Hardware Engineers, MBD Engineers, CAD Designers, CNC Programmers, Quality Engineers, Safety Engineers, PLC Programmers, and Systems Engineers.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and technical skills needed.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to identify top talent.

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, or Energy industries.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, CAE Engineers, Validation Engineers, PLC Programmers, and more.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other industry-specific job boards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• The candidate should have a good understanding of different visa types, including H1B, I-797A, I-797B, and I-797C copies, Green Cards, USC, F1 OPT, CPT, and OPT EAD.
• The Lead Recruiter must be able to identify genuine candidates by verifying their visas, resumes, and through phone screenings.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
