Job Description

We are looking to hire a committed and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team on urgent basis.

Candidates must be willing to work in night shifts and prior US IT staffing experience is preferred.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Any Discipline) B.C.A /M.C.A will be preferred
• Computer and Internet Knowledge with good English communication

Job Responsibilities

• Working in US/Canada Time Zones
• fluency in English for Verbal and Written Communication with Global clients.
• Experience in collaborating with marketing and Branding Departments/Teams and aligning Recruitment/Staffing Strategy
• Blend of in-house recruiting experience and agency experience(i.e Naukri, Indeed ) is desired.
• Social Media recruiting experience strongly desired.
• Experience in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Internet surfing experience is required.
• Communication skills both written and verbal
• Comfortable operating with a customer centric mindset and strong sense of urgency
• Ability to learn quickly and deal with competing activities/tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Networking is preferred
