Job Title: US Talent Acquisition Specialist (US Shift)

Work Location: Work from office
Shift Timings:- 6:30pm to 4:00am
Experience:- 3-5 years

We are seeking a dynamic US Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our recruitment efforts during the US shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates. Manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Stay updated on different visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, etc.) to ensure compliance and identify eligible candidates. Demonstrate strong knowledge of multiple IT technologies to effectively assess candidate qualifications. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for various roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide hiring recommendations. Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in US IT recruitment with hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter. Familiarity with visa types and US work authorization processes. Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently during US shift hours.
