We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technical talent across various domains, including software engineering, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Participate in recruitment events and networking activities.
Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and metrics.
Experience recruiting for [mention specific industry if applicable, e.g., Fintech, Healthcare].
Experience with Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methods.
Expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
