Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced U.S. IT Recruiter with a deep understanding of the American job market and technical recruiting practices. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in sourcing, assessing, and placing top technical talent across a variety of IT disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles for technical positions.
- Proactively source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidates and manage workflow.
- Stay current on industry trends, job market conditions, and competitive hiring practices within the U.S. tech industry.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of U.S. IT recruiting experience, with a successful track record of filling technical roles.
- Strong understanding of IT positions and technologies, such as software development, data analysis, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for various IT roles, including software developers, system administrators, data engineers, etc.
- Familiarity with visa processes and U.S. employment laws specific to technical hiring.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Experience : Minimum 2 years in U.S. IT recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per month
