Job Summary :

We are seeking dynamic fresh grads to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our company's staffing needs.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in any educational category - Must

Excellent communication and personal presentation skills - Must

Ability to learn new skills and adapt it.

Possess strong written and oral communication skills.

Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Exposure to International work culture

Duties:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting plans

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to attract top talent

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• US shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus
