VIVA IT India is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter Trainees to join our growing team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment, develop in-demand skills, and launch your career in the exciting world of recruitment!

Training Model:

Level 1 Assignment: within 10 to 12 work days if cleared then moved to level 2 else the internship will be cancelled.

Level 2 Assignment: within 20 to 24 days if cleared then will be offered employment otherwise internship will be cancelled.

Location: Chennai/Coimbatore

Shifts: US(Nightshifts)

Job Responsibilities:

? Source resumes from various sources and create shortlists of qualified candidates.

? Reach out to potential candidates and vet them through phone screening.

? Verify candidate references and perform background checks.

? Submit vetted candidates to the hiring manager.

? Manage candidate flow, tracking and reporting on status and conversion rates.

? Collaborate with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Ideal Candidates:

? Candidate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recently graduated).

? Ready to work in Night Shifts

? Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

? Excellent time management and organizational skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
