Responsibilities
• Responsible for the entire life cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and interviews, closing of candidates, and responsibilities until the joining of candidates).
• must have 0-2 years of working experience with direct clients. (US)
• ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants' profiles on time.
• Negotiating and finalizing rates and salaries
• must work on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
• ability to work as a good team player, screening, maintaining, and building the candidate database.
• ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates through effective use of internal systems and databases, job portals, postings, and networking within the desired time frame
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with state clients and Vector VMS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?13,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
