Description:

We are seeking qualified professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter, specializing in either Domestic or US IT recruitment.
Possess technical expertise with the ability to understand and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
Proficient in sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search methodologies.
Familiarity with US tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp is highly advantageous.
Must have good experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oorwin, Zoho, and Ceipal
A clear understanding of Visa processes is highly desirable.
Strong desire to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Demonstrates a hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn.
Holds a Bachelor\'s degree in IT, or MBA in HR or a relevant field preferred.
Exhibits good communication skills, a strong work ethic, commitment, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
