Minimum 0.6 to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruiter (Must have Travel Nursing Recruitment, and non-Tech roles exp)
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications and match with job requirements.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' fit for specific healthcare roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Manage the selection process, including conducting reference checks and extending job offers.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
Knowledge of healthcare professions, credentials, and licensing requirements.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
