Job Timing: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST)Roles and Responsibilities :
- Working on direct US IT client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites.
- We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity.
- Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on Direct Clients.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in US IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of Engineering terminology and US staffing industry.
- Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation.
- Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
- Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
