Job Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management for US-based clients.

Sourcing & Screening:

Use job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other tools to source and attract qualified IT candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with US-based hiring managers to understand client requirements, job descriptions, and qualifications for open positions.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring smooth communication throughout the interview process and on-boarding stages.

Job Market Research:

Stay updated with market trends, new technologies, and competitive salary structures to advise clients and candidates accordingly.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, statuses, and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Negotiation:

Assist in salary negotiations, offer presentation, and facilitate the hiring process.

Recruitment Strategy:

Contribute ideas for improving recruitment strategies and enhancing candidate sourcing methods.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably with knowledge of US hiring processes, job portals, and work visas.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
