• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
• Hard working and willing to learn.
• Must have experience in International Recruitment
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.p n Must have experience in hiring all levels of candidates.
• Female preffered
