As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top IT talent to support our clients\' needs.In this role, you will utilize your exceptional communication and sourcing skills to identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process from end to end. • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and assess suitability for specific IT roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top IT talent.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and clients on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and conduct interviews.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
