• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing IT professionals.
• Utilize multiple sourcing techniques (Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Head Hunting) to identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Understand and proficiently use US job portals such as Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Facilitate the negotiation and closing of offers between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Proven experience as a recruiter within the US IT staffing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of US contracting types \xe2\x80\x93 1099, Corp to Corp, W2 (Hourly/Annual), W2 with Per-Diem.
• Familiarity with a variety of sourcing strategies and tools.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets consistently.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
