- 5days(Mon - Fri)

Shift Timing

- 7pm to 4.30am

Compensation

: Fixed Salary (Including PF)+ Incentives & + Free meal

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Managed end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.2.Sourced and screened candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and targeted outreach, utilizing Boolean search techniques .3. Collaborated closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and ensure alignment on hiring needs.4. Conducted technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and soft skills.5. Negotiate offers, managed candidate expectations, and ensured a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.7. Built and maintained a robust pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.8. Should have hands on experience with Federal and commercial clients.9. Experience working on (W2, C2C) Contract, Contract to Hire, and Fulltime positions for numerous clients from all domains.10.Candidate Should have experience with STATE CLIENTS.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role. Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
