- Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Should have clear understanding of the US-IT recruitment process, which includes and not limited to negotiation of compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of the W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
- Proficient in using US Job Portals like LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, social networking sites.
- Good Understanding of IT Terms and Technologies.
- Must be willing to work in US Day hours (night shifts).
- Must be experienced in Recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting.
- Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees and the clients.
- Good in quality submissions and salary negotiations.
- Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
- Should have strong desire to work on challenging requirements when given

- Staffing processes like C2C, W2, 1099: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
