• Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process.
• Build a diverse pipeline of technical candidates using creative sourcing channels.
• Partnering directly with Hiring Managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Identify, engage and secure top talent candidates (both passive and active). o Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition.
• Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
• Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.
• Partner effectively with HR colleagues, to balance needs of the hiring managers with the overall HR process and best practices for the company.
