Job Title : IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities:

? Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before

marketing.

? Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct

client.

? Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships

to supplement our sales capabilities.

? Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their

needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
? No experience required.

? Graduation from any stream.

? Verbal and written English communication skills.

? Well versed with usage of computer and job boards.

Other Information:
? Shift timing - 7 PM to 4 AM | 1 Dinner Break | 2 Tea Breaks.

? Working Days - 5 (Monday to Friday).

? Work from office.

? Indian and US holidays.

? 50K Incentive per Closure.
