We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the IT industry and the ability to effectively source, screen, and place qualified candidates in various IT roles.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT positions.- Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates\' technical skills and cultural fit.- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job opportunities.- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.- Manage the full recruitment process including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role.- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry standards.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software/tools.- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb911,284.09 - \xe2\x82\xb935,575.11 per monthSchedule:
