We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter with knowledge of the US IT Industry and Education System, to support our client needs. Job Responsibilities:
•

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
• Sell bench candidates including direct marketing candidates or trainees or H1B transfer candidates.
• Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants
• Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information
• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
• Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
• Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relations on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with the internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc.
• Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as the required number of placements

•Required Skills: •

- Graduate (Any Stream)

- Female candidate will be preferred

- Must have strong communication skills

- Should be able to articulate and have great analytic and problem-solving skills

- Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.

•Experience: • 1- 3 Year (Candidate must have US recruitment experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
