Job Description

Role: US IT Recruiter Location: Bangalore, India Timing: 08.30 PM - 05.30 AM IST : Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions such as software developers, business analysts, project managers, etc. Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates & skills, experience, and qualifications Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates Utilise various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and preparing job offers Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter Strong understanding of the IT industry and various IT roles Thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2,1099 & C2C Good understanding of US Visas such as USC, GC, OPT and H1B, etc., Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc. Bachelors degree is mandate. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 18,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Benefits:
