Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for IT Recruiter(US Staffing) at Mindful Tech Solutions Inc located in Visakhapatnam. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking IT Recruiter(US Staffing) to assist with our recruiting activities. As a IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining resumes, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
• Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
• Execute strategic global hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind international Information Technology trends.
• Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
• Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms.
• Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field.
• Previous experience working as a IT Recruiter.
• Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sector.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking.
• Experience in working with computerised IT recruiter software and job boards.
• Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of the technical side of an IT recruiter role.
• Good Communication Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
