: Bench Sales Recruiter/US IT Sales Recruiter - Night Shifts
Position: Bench Sales Recruiter/US IT Sales Recruiter
Location: Secunderabad
Shift: Night Shifts (US Time Zone)
Responsibilities:
• Handle the end-to-end Bench Sales recruitment process.
• Market and place bench consultants on client requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Negotiate rates and ensure placements are in compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and track submissions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Bench Sales/US IT Sales Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
