Role: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Candidate should have good communication skills.
• Hands on experience in end to end Bench sales process across various IT Technologies.
• Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
• Expert level experience in marketing of Citizens, Green Card, EAD, H1B and TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, and Crop to Crop).
• Experience using recruiting portals like dice, Monster, and Linked-In. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
• Marketing Bench Consultants (H1B/H4EAD/CPT/OPT, GC, and USC).
• Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales as well as Recruitment.
• Having a good Database & Rapport with primary Vendors, Vendors & clients.
• Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.

Pay: ?26,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
