Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Vesu, Surat

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift)

Salary Range: ?25,000 to ?55,000 (based on experience and performance)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of placing IT consultants and building strong client and vendor relationships in the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bench Sales Management:
• Market bench consultants to clients and staffing agencies for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
• Identify and connect with prime vendors, tier-1 vendors, and direct clients to secure new opportunities.
• Client and Vendor Relations:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and IT consultants.
• Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and provide the best-matching profiles.
• Consultant Support:
• Assist bench consultants with resume preparation, interview scheduling, and feedback sessions.
• Monitor the visa and immigration statuses of consultants and address related concerns.
• Negotiations and Placements:
• Negotiate contract terms, pay rates, and placement conditions with clients and vendors.
• Successfully close placements by ensuring alignment between client needs and consultant availability.
• Market Research and Outreach:
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and market demands to align consultants with client needs.
• Continuously expand the network of clients and vendors to enhance business opportunities.
• Reporting and Compliance:
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, consultant statuses, and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 2-6 years of experience in US IT bench sales recruitment or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of US staffing terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to negotiate rates and close deals effectively.
• Technology Knowledge:
• Understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
• Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for outreach.
• Work Ethic:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
