Consultant Interaction: Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants to understand their needs and place them into projects accordingly. Handling Senior-level Consultants: Ability to manage senior-level consultants on the bench based on their experience and preferences. Job Board Proficiency: Proficiency in using various job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc., to source requirements for candidates. Database Management: Updating and maintaining the vendor database for future requirements, generating daily reports, and keeping them updated. Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills are required for securing the best rates for consultants.
