Key Responsibilities:

Full Lifecycle Recruiting: 4+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting within the Management/IT Consulting Industry.

Offshore Management: Expertise in managing offshore recruiting support.

Advanced Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques for advanced internet research.

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, recruit, and recommend top-tier talent.

Job Board Proficiency: Leverage platforms such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Google, and other job sites.

Recruitment Expertise: In-depth understanding of employment types (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent, Direct-Hire), tax terms (W2, 1099, CTC, CTH).

Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

ATS Utilization: Use online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify the best candidates.

Best Practices: Apply knowledge of recruiting best practices.

Vendor Collaboration: Work effectively with prime vendors.

LinkedIn Focus: Specialize in LinkedIn marketing and networking.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficient in LinkedIn marketing

Expertise in job portals

Experience working with prime vendors and direct client requirements

Exceptional communication skills

Skilled in marketing OPT/CPT candidates
