Exp level- 3 to 5 yrs Job description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented US Immigration Executive to join our dynamic team. The employee is required to handle the below listed job duties

  • Process non-immigrant visa - H1B, L-1A, L-1B, Business visa, Green Card applications in partnership with Immigration Law firm
  • Include creating public access files, determining actual wage, determining the prevailing wage as per job location, job title and job description and processing labour condition applications for applicable petitions.
  • Lead and manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) in compliance with the Department of Labor (DOL) regulations.
  • Conduct thorough wage determinations and prevailing wage assessments to ensure accurate LCA filings/ H1B Processing
  • Oversee the end-to-end H1B visa filing process, collaborating with internal teams, legal counsel, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the monitoring for expiring work authorizations, process visa extensions in a timely fashion
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of USCIS regulations and policies related to H1B visas and ensure the organization\'s practices align with current immigration laws.
  • Ensure all immigration-related documentation is accurate, complete, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain processes to track and manage immigration-related deadlines, such as visa expirations and extensions
  • Communication And Collaboration- Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external agencies regarding immigration-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and other relevant departments to provide guidance on immigration-related matters
  • Maintain immigration and relocation case files, such as Public Access Files (PAF) and PERM documents.
  • Have knowledge of various types of H-1B applications, including cap H-1B, transfer, amendment, and extension applications.
  • Understand the green card filing process and work with sales and recruiting teams to collect required information for LCA and H1B applications.
  • Coordinate and review LCAs with attorneys and provide updates to consultants.
  • Review immigration invoices. Escalate discrepancies as needed.
  • Real time visa tracking and provide weekly update on work permit status to applicants and leads.
  • Maintaining reports pertaining to visa applications, work permits on regular basis and propose process improvements, etc.
  • Coordinate with Payroll Team and Operations team for activation / deactivation of Work Permits before or after employees returns after completion of assignment process while on assignmentThe ideal candidate must have
  • Extensive knowledge in managing all aspects of immigration compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations
  • Atleast 2+ years of experience in US staffing industry with a focus on LCA filing and H1B processing.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, specifically those related to LCAs and H1B visas and hands-on experience on LCA filing and H1B filing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
