• Managing daily deliverables

• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

• Do regular performance evaluation

• Communicate with teams about their performance

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

• Should have handled min of 15 to 20 members in the past for TL and 50 to 60 members for Team Manager.

• Ability to work on a demand-driven environment / Flexible for shifts.

• Client handling / Interaction with clients on daily calls

• Able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear and concise manner.

• Excellent English communication skills, specifically written

• Ability to work in night shifts

• Experience in US Payroll

• Good Excel and reporting knowledge

• Location will be Hyderabad or Bangalore
