Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with candidates.
Maintain accuracy of employee HRIS records. Responsible for ensuring HRIS (Workday) is up-to-date at all times.
Review and audit regular reports to monitor accuracy of employee records from Workpay and other HR systems.
Responsible for providing overall HR support so that the company maximizes its employee productivity and well-being.
Providing clerical as well as administrative support to both junior & senior staff members of the Human Resources department.
Dealing with staff disciplinary, grievance and absence issues.
Leave and attendance management
Provide online training to employees about company policy
Processing payroll from start to finish
Handling US Policy Onboarding paperwork with E-verify.
Working with Time sheets with working hours & US payroll of monthly and biweekly.
Ensuring legal compliance in all HR functions.
