involving real world data, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (comprising
engineers, domain specialists, product managers, etc), work on developing or improving
existing data standards.Job specifications and responsibilities:Data Analysis: Analyze
and assess the structure, content, and format of clinical data in PQ dashboards to
identify inconsistencies, variations, and opportunities for standardization.Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance: Help in defining quality checks to validate the accuracy,
completeness, and adherence to standardization guidelines of clinical notes
data.
Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, training
materials, and resources to educate the team on standardized documentation
practices and promote adoption of standardized clinical note templates.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and
privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) governing the documentation and
sharing of electronic health information.Education and QualificationMBBS/ MD - Pharmacology / PHARM.D / PHD - Pharmacology / M. PHARM -
PHARMACY PRACTICE or any life science domain having relevant experience
in working with oncology - real world data.
Deep knowledge of oncology therapeutic regimens in compliance with NCCN,
ASCO guidelines.
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams in a global
and diverse environment.
Proficient with Clinical Data Models like OMOP, CDM with demonstrable
experience in modifying such standards for various use cases.Good to have:Basic Knowledge in SQL.
