Position: US Staffing Recruiter-Healthcare/Medical

Work Location: Gachibowli , Hyderabad.

Salary: DOE plus commission

Timings: EST Timings Monday-Friday(6:30Pm to 3:30Am on IST)

Requirements and Responsibilities:

2-5 years of experience in recruiting or human resources in healthcare Industry for US companies or experience in call center

Previous Nurse, Physician or Lab technician recruiting experience, preferred.

Desire to pursue a career in healthcare recruiting/sales. Designing searches to target the right applicants. Using judgment in determining the best available applicants for open position with our clients who are mostly hospitals, health systems and homecare.

Leveraging an applicant tracking system, job boards, and social media to maximize quality and quantity of applicants.

Capable of using Social Networking systems (Facebook, LinkedIn) (required).

Develop comprehensive recruiting plans utilizing a variety of recruiting methods to generate interested candidates for our programs and locations.

Documenting interview findings in an applicant tracking system to aid all recruiters in placing the applicant with a client.

Obtaining necessary documentation of licenses and certifications, ensuring proper documentation in an applicant tracking system

Self-confident, sales driven and able to successfully work in a highly competitive marketplace

Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills

• Work during US EST timings/India night shift

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
