Role Overview :

As a Healthcare Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various healthcare roles. If you are a fresher with BPO experience, this is an excellent opportunity to start your career in healthcare recruitment. Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment and Sourcing : Source healthcare professionals for various roles such as Nurses, Doctors, Medical Assistants, etc.
• Screening and Shortlisting : Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Client Interaction : Liaise with healthcare clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Candidate Management : Coordinate with candidates, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and addressing queries.
• Database Management : Maintain candidate databases, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Documentation : Prepare and manage job descriptions, offer letters, and other hiring documents.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Education : Any graduate (preferably in healthcare or related fields).
• Experience : Fresher candidates with BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Technology : Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and online recruitment platforms.
• Work Ethic : Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in a recruitment process, specifically in the healthcare or BPO sector, will be a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology or staffing needs.

Shift Timings :

• EST Timings : 7:30 pm IST-4:30 am IST

Pay: ?12,305.89 - ?20,000.00 per month
