Position Summary :
As a US Healthcare Recruiter at our Noida office, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals for job opportunities across the United States. You will work closely with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, US recruitment processes, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening :
• Source and screen candidates for various healthcare positions in the US, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff.
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, databases, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications, experience, certifications, and cultural fit for healthcare roles.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Collaborate with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.
• Provide clients with regular updates on candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and progress of placements.
• Candidate Placement :
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including submitting candidate resumes to clients, facilitating interviews, and negotiating job offers.
• Ensure candidates are compliant with all US licensing, visa, and credentialing requirements.
• Data Management & Reporting :
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of candidates, job orders, and client communications.
• Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports to management.
• Collaboration & Teamwork :
• Work closely with other recruiters, HR, and the leadership team to achieve recruitment targets and business goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development activities to stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Experience :
• 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, preferably for positions such as nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with US healthcare certifications, licensing processes, and industry regulations.
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in using online job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.), ATS systems, and recruitment tools.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communication Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Interpersonal Skills :
• Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
• Attention to Detail :
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality in candidate submissions.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Previous experience recruiting for healthcare roles in the US is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with US visa types (H-1B, EB-2, TN, etc.) and the immigration process.
• Knowledge of compliance standards, including HIPAA, Joint Commission, and other relevant regulations.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
