The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting healthcare professionals, a deep understanding of the US healthcare system, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment process. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various clinical and non-clinical roles.Role & responsibilities * Talent Sourcing: Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for healthcare roles.
• Client Management: Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to ensure the best match.
• Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements, including licenses, certifications, background checks, and other regulatory standards specific to the US healthcare industry.
• Offer Negotiation: Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for placed candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the US healthcare sector.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on the US market.
• Bachelor\'s degree.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, certifications, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of healthcare roles, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
• Knowledge of visa sponsorship processes for healthcare professionals (e.g., H-1B, TN visa).
• Experience working with staffing agencies or in-house recruitment teams within the healthcare sector.
