You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to fill various positions within the US healthcare industry. This role requires an understanding of the US healthcare system, regulations, and specific job requirements, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates for healthcare positions.Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific US healthcare job openings. Assist in gathering and verifying the required documentation for licensing.Coordinate with US healthcare facilities to book RNs and other medical professionals for available shifts or utilize the client\'s current database of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient staffing and appointment scheduling.This involves managing shift changes, cancellations, and any last-minute staffing needs while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.The ability to handle scheduling complexities and promptly address staffing gaps is essential to maintain smooth operations and provide quality healthcare services.Required Skills:We will be requiring Healthcare recruiter who precisely possess the Nurses recruiting experience.Experience in 360 recruiting of all types of specialties for RNs.
