Maintain data on recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system including applicant flow, interviews, hires, terminations/separations; Brief and prep candidates for interviews with Clients; Attend Job and Career fairs, frequently correspond with healthcare organizations and professional associations; Make 80 - 100 calls daily via the phone and Internet and follow a prepared script for prospective candidates; Identify qualified candidates based on the client\'s job requirements and business needs; Communicate with candidates via telephone, email, and/or in-person interviews to determine skill sets, career goals, and applicable positions; Negotiate wage rates and employment terms with candidates, while being able to affirm their commitment to current and future positions; Work with Account Managers to better service client needs, and assist in the inside sales process; Attend job fairs, and networking events to meet with candidates and expand your network.
