Location: Infopark, Kakkanad
Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 1 year in Insurance back-office processes, preferably in Claims support
Education : Graduates or Postgraduates , preferably with a Commerce background.
(Candidates from technical backgrounds such as B.Tech are not eligible.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 • Months• to 1 year in Insurance back-office processes, preferably in Claims support?
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
• Must be available for Work from Office (WFO) in Kochi.
• Immediate availability for joining on the 23rd December 2024.
Responsibilities :
• Policy/Claims Support: Manage policy setups, changes, and claims intake by coordinating with client contacts via email, chat, and calls.
• Quality Audits: Conduct quality checks on associates' work, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members.
• Team Support: Assist frontline associates with queries, referrals, and support trainees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
